Good Afternoon Judson Band Family,

The Band Boosters have an exciting new fundraising opportunity with the AmazonSmile program. Through this program the Judson Band Boosters will earn 0.5% of all eligible Amazon purchases with no price increase you. All you need is an Amazon account. While this may seem like a small amount, every little bit helps us make the band program outstanding. This is also an easy way family and friends across the country can help support our students and the Judson Band program.

There are two ways to participate, through the AmazonSmile website or through the mobile app.

For website access:

• Go to the AmazonSmile website, https://smile.amazon.com

• Search for Judson High School Band Booster Organization

• Click Select

• Acknowledge the AmazonSmile statement

• AmazonSmiles will confirm you are in the correct spot for the Judson Band Boosters to receive the donation

• Start shopping! Eligible purchase will be labeled as eligible for the program

For access through the Android or iPhone app:

• Follow the above steps and sign up on the AmazonSmile website, https://smile.amazon.com

• Turn on AmazonSmile in the App

o Open Settings from the main menu

o Tap on AmazonSmiles and follow the instructions on your phone

o Amazon asks that you renew your AmazonSmile donation every six months. This is easy but required. When six months are up, you’ll have to choose your favorite charity again. If you don’t, purchases made until you do will not count.
